Philadelphia Will Host Free July 4 'One Philly' Concert Headlined by Aguilera, Will Smith and The Roots

Organizers say the six-hour, city-presented event will cap America’s 250th with local stars, a fireworks finale and plans for a global broadcast that are still being finalized.
