Off-Duty ICE Officer Dives Into Florida Pool to Rescue Unconscious 6-Year-Old

DHS released surveillance video on June 17 to corroborate the May 16 rescue and officials say the child is expected to make a full recovery while the footage is used to shape public view of the agency.
