Zegna Sets Succession as Tagliabue Is Named Group CEO and Gildo Zegna Becomes Executive Chairman

  • Edoardo and Angelo Zegna will serve as co‑CEOs of the Zegna brand, with Edoardo leading brand strategy, image and communication and collaborating with artistic director Alessandro Sartori on collections and store design, while Angelo oversees product development, merchandising and commercial strategy across markets and channels.
  • As executive chairman, Gildo Zegna will steward the group’s brand legacy and retain oversight of the textile division, the general counsel office and external relations including sustainability, investor relations and corporate communications.
  • Gian Franco Santhià, now group control and chief accounting officer, will become group CFO, succeeding Tagliabue.
