Young Vic Confirms Full Cast and Creative Team for Thelma & Louise Musical

Led by original screenwriter Callie Khouri with music by Neko Case the production aims to reimagine the film for a modern stage audience.

The Young Vic announced the complete cast and creative roster for the world-premiere run on Wednesday, June 17, with Amy Lennox as Thelma and Rachel Tucker as Louise.
The principal supporting cast includes Trevor Dion Nicholas as Hal, Jordan Luke Gage as JD, Samuel Edwards as Darryl, Alex Gibson-Giorgio as Jimmy, Letita Hector as Sarah, Tamlyn Henderson as Harlan/Max, and Jack Butterworth as Trooper/Singer.
Callie Khouri wrote the book and Neko Case provides music and lyrics while Trip Cullman directs, supported by choreographers Bobbi Jene Smith and Or Schraiber and a design team led by Christine Jones and Brett J. Banakis.
The production is a co-production involving the Young Vic, Sonia Friedman Productions, Blue Spruce Productions, Ley Line Entertainment and Callie Khouri with Mandy Greenfield presenting in association with MGM On Stage.
The Young Vic run is set for Sept. 3 to Oct. 24, 2026 and includes scheduled BSL, captioned, audio-described and relaxed performances to improve access for diverse audiences.
