- Uttar Pradesh distributed 481 appointment letters Thursday at Lucknow’s Lok Bhavan to hires in AYUSH, vocational education and skill development, and disability empowerment.

- Yogi Adityanath said more than 9 lakh youths have received state jobs since 2017 through a tech-led, merit-only process that candidates at the event described as fair.
- The ceremony was the fourth such distribution in 15 days, and officials asserted that Uttar Pradesh now issues the most appointment letters in the country.
- Government figures linked the hiring drive to broader growth, citing 96 lakh MSME units employing over 3 crore people and a rise in large industries from 14,000 to more than 32,000.
