Overview
- YODA PLC, which bought the Transamerica Pyramid Center in March 2026, has announced seven new leases since the start of the year that together total roughly 113,000 square feet.
- The company and broker JLL have not disclosed tenant names or rents but described the new occupants as a mix of legal, finance and tech firms plus a flexible workplace operator.
- YODA says it will add 10 move-in-ready speculative office suites at Two Transamerica and a full-floor amenity center with conference and fitness facilities that it expects to have available in Q4 2026.
- The deals build on a repositioning begun under prior manager Michael Shvo that restored the lobby, restaurants and public park and left the Pyramid around 85% leased as of December.
- Brokers say the activity reflects a wider ‘flight-to-quality’ in San Francisco driven by fast-growing AI and other companies that need high-quality space quickly, and YODA plans additional restaurant and park upgrades in coming months.
