  • YEIDA has asked Bayview to revise and resubmit a compliant phase-wise proposal, with only the film institute and studios layout under first-phase approval.
  • Despite the setback, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 1,000-acre project in Sector 21 of Greater Noida remains scheduled by the end of June 2025.
