xTool Unveils O1 Omni Desktop Printer to Consolidate UV, Fabric and Transfer Workflows

Preorders opened June 29 for modular machines with dual-printhead options, Pixel-Scan Vision and rotary support, leaving independent testing to verify durability and throughput.

Overview

  • xTool launched the O1 Omni and opened preorders on June 29, offering three editions with preorder prices starting at $1,699 and a $50 deposit that secures early-bird savings and a bonus package.
  • The O1 uses an upgradable dual-printhead architecture so buyers can choose a Dual-UV setup or a hybrid UV-plus-fabric setup to cover hard-goods printing and DTG/DTF apparel work in one machine.
  • Pixel-Scan Vision combines line laser altimetry and close-range CIS scanning to set print height, reduce collision risk and enable jigless Drop & Print placement for irregular objects.
  • An optional Rotary Attachment provides automated 3D modeling and a 1:1 preview for most mainstream tumblers while xTool Studio adds AI contour recognition, a texture library and laser-to-UV alignment workflows.
  • All key production claims—garment wash durability, printhead maintenance, consumable life, ventilation needs and true throughput—are currently manufacturer statements and require hands-on testing after the July launch window.
