Overview
- Up to 1440p, higher-bitrate Xbox Cloud Gaming is beginning to roll out on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One X, and Xbox One S for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.
- The console upgrade joins existing support on the Xbox PC app, supported web browsers, select Fire TV devices, and LG and Samsung TVs.
- ROG Xbox Ally and Ally X receive removable storage formatting in the Xbox app for installing and running games on microSD, plus a new Advanced Shader Delivery indicator on supported titles.
- The Xbox PC app adds optional controller navigation sounds that users can enable and adjust in Settings > Audio.
- Microsoft also highlighted new Handheld Compatibility picks, additional Xbox Play Anywhere titles, more Stream Your Own Game options, expanded mouse and keyboard support, and an update for Xbox Retro Classics.
