Xbox Confirms Second June Game Pass Wave With Call of Duty and EA Sports Title

The slate shows Xbox using tiered access, EA Play integration, and discounts on departing games to shape subscriber value.

Overview

  • Xbox announced the second June Game Pass wave on Tuesday, confirming seven additions arriving between June 16 and July 6 and immediately adding the 3D platformer Junkster to the service.
  • Call of Duty: Vanguard will join Game Pass on June 17 across cloud, console, and PC tiers so subscribers on Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass can play it.
  • EA Sports FC 26 arrives via EA Play on June 18 and will be available on cloud, console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members.
  • Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 moves to Game Pass Premium on July 2 while Abyssus, RV There Yet?, Winds of Arcana: Ruination and other indie and third‑party titles fill out the June–July lineup.
  • Microsoft also listed eight games leaving on June 30, offering at least 20% discounts on those departing titles, a move that follows April’s Game Pass price and tier changes and could affect which subscribers keep or buy games.
