World Athletics Road Running Championships Start in Copenhagen With Jakob Ingebrigtsen Headlining

• The championships begin on Saturday, September 19 in Copenhagen and will decide world titles in the men’s and women’s mile, 5km and half marathon across two days.
• Jakob Ingebrigtsen leads a near-500-strong entry in the 5km as he seeks his first world road title and faces rivals such as Jimmy Gressier, Yared Nuguse, Joshua Cheptegei, Likina Amebaw and Agnes Ngetich.
