Worcester Man Accused of OUI With Kids Pleads Not Guilty in Westborough Court

• Southborough police say a vehicle was stopped near Marlboro and Sears roads just before 7 p.m. Saturday for a defective headlight.
• An adult passenger and two small children in rear-facing car seats were inside the car, according to police.
• Officers reported a strong odor of alcohol, glassy eyes, and slurred speech, and an inventory search found empty and opened Fireball nips, a Smirnoff nip, and sealed Heineken bottles.
• Police say the driver, Honorio Lisboa Jr., initially gave a false name and Social Security number, lacked a valid license, and was later found to have an outstanding Polk County, Florida warrant.
• Lisboa was booked after being taken into custody, transferred Sunday to the Worcester House of Correction, arraigned Tuesday, and is due back in court March 17 under bail conditions.
