Wind Advisories Stretch Across Arizona, Southern California and Southern Nevada Through Friday

• Drivers face strong crosswinds, blowing dust, downed limbs and possible spotty outages, especially along east–west routes like I-15 and I-40.
• Waves of 2 to 4 feet on the lower Colorado River lakes could swamp small boats and force early turnarounds for paddlers.
