White House UFC Event Sets Free Ticket Plan Under Federal Rules

Fans must register through Ticketmaster because sales are barred on federal land.

Overview

  • Dana White said federal property rules prohibit selling tickets, food, or merchandise, so 85,000 complimentary passes for the public viewing on the Ellipse will be distributed through registration.
  • The card is set for June 14 on a temporary arena built on the South Lawn with roughly 4,000 to 5,000 seats and large screens for the crowd gathered on the Ellipse.
  • The announced lineup features Ilia Topuria vs. Justin Gaethje as the main event with Alex Pereira vs. Ciryl Gane as the co-main.
  • White said on‑lawn seats will not be sold to the public and described allocations that include 1,000 seats controlled by President Trump, 200 for himself, 200 for Endeavor chief Ariel Emanuel, and blocks for U.S. military branches.
  • Organizers call it the first professional sporting event on White House property and say the UFC will cover production costs reported at about $60 million.
