- Western Railway confirmed two limited superfast trips between Mumbai Central and New Delhi under Train Nos. 04003 and 04004 for December 7–8.
- Train 04004 left New Delhi on December 7 at 22:40 for Mumbai Central, while Train 04003 departs Mumbai Central on December 8 at 23:30 for New Delhi.
- The Mumbai–New Delhi specials halt at Borivali, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Nagda, Kota and Mathura and operate with AC 3‑tier (Economy) coaches.
- A Bandra Terminus–Durgapura/Madar Superfast Special (Train Nos. 09604/09603) is scheduled for December 9 and December 8 with notified halts through Gujarat and Rajasthan and a mix of 2A/3A/3E, sleeper and general classes.
