- Lancashire Police say enquiries remain ongoing with officers and search-and-rescue teams operating in and around Appley Bridge.
- Dingle, 19, was last seen around 12:30am on December 13 on Stonemill Rise and is believed to have been seen at 12:40am on Mill Lane heading toward Appley Lane North.
- He is described as 5ft 11in with short black hair, last seen in a black Vans hoodie, black jeans and black Doc Martens, carrying a backpack.
- His family issued an emotional appeal, stressing he is vulnerable after a traumatic event and leaving a note at home assuring he is not in trouble.
- Police urge anyone with CCTV, doorbell, dashcam or mobile footage from the area from 12:30am on December 13 to call 101 quoting log 0120, and to call 999 immediately with any sightings.
