- Justin Moore, 22, of Warren, was arrested after a 911 call about a man looking through a teenage girl’s bathroom window on Thursday morning, Aug. 27.
- Officers located Moore in the backyard, police say he ignored commands, ran through neighboring yards and resisted before being taken into custody.
- The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office authorized multiple counts including stalking of a minor, aggravated stalking, surveilling an unclothed person, two computer-related counts, resisting arrest and a misdemeanor for window peeping.
- Investigators say phone photos and videos recovered from Moore’s device allegedly document repeated surveillance of the 17-year-old victim and other possible incidents.
