Prosecutors say images on his phone show repeated surveillance, signaling investigators may uncover additional victims.

Overview

  • Justin Moore, 22, of Warren, was arrested after a 911 call about a man looking through a teenage girl’s bathroom window on Thursday morning, Aug. 27.

  • The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office authorized multiple counts including stalking of a minor, aggravated stalking, surveilling an unclothed person, two computer-related counts, resisting arrest and a misdemeanor for window peeping.
  • Investigators say phone photos and videos recovered from Moore’s device allegedly document repeated surveillance of the 17-year-old victim and other possible incidents.
  • Moore was arraigned, pleaded not guilty, and was released on $250,000 bond with conditions barring contact with the victim and witnesses, banning internet access and scheduling a Sept. 15 court date while police ask the public to contact Detective Wells with tips.
