Overview
- Fouad Boudra, 25, has been returned from France to UK custody and is set to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court.
- Prosecutors charged him with two counts of murder, two counts of manslaughter, grievous bodily harm to a third man, and arson with intent to endanger life.
- The charges relate to a house fire on Forest Road in Walthamstow in April 2024 that left Mohammed Djellal, 24, and Faouzi Bouchadoe, 35, dead.
- Scotland Yard says the terraced home was thought to be occupied by squatters, and an incident was reported outside the property before the fire.
- Police say they secured an international arrest warrant in August 2025, tracked Boudra to France, arrested him in January, and later extradited him to the UK.
