- Local officials also flagged two more stations coming soon at Hunt Highway and Gary Road in San Tan Valley and at 35th Avenue and Southern Avenue in Phoenix.
- Each ABB A400 can deliver up to 400 kW to one car or charge two vehicles at up to 200 kW each.
- The chargers support both CCS and NACS connectors, and drivers will start and pay for sessions in the Walmart app on site.
- ABB cites a 99% uptime target and is supplying ReliaGear switchboards to enable future add‑ons like battery storage, with this first Phoenix phase part of a broader rollout already extending to Colorado, Florida, and Georgia.
