Wales finalized an interim staff for the Women’s Six Nations, appointing Brython Thunder head coach Ashley Beck to lead the attack and Exeter Chiefs coach Steve Salvin to run the forwards.
The Welsh Rugby Union said previous assistants Shaun Connor and Mike Hill had chosen to move on from their attack and forwards roles, triggering the reshuffle.
Salvin has been seconded from Exeter for the tournament window, while Beck steps up after guiding Brython Thunder into the Celtic Challenge play-offs last weekend.
Defence coach Tyrone Holmes, hired in February after three years in the same role with Scotland, completes Sean Lynn’s core coaching group.
Wales open at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium against Scotland on 11 April, with Lynn calling this a fresh start built on new voices and a clearer plan for the set piece and attack.
