- VinFast signed an MoU with the Tamil Nadu government that allocates about 200 hectares next to its Thoothukudi site in the SIPCOT Industrial Park.
- The outlay marks phase two of the company’s $2 billion India commitment, funding dedicated workshops and lines for electric buses and e-scooters along with assembly and testing.
