Verizon Rolls Out Simplicity Plan, Loyalty Cash-Back and Bundled Mobile‑Home Offer

The carrier says the package is meant to boost retention and revenue by cutting some fees, adding 3% monthly cash back and bundling services into clearer base prices.

Overview

  • Verizon publicly launched the changes on Tuesday with a simultaneous roll‑out of Verizon Simplicity, Verizon One, Verizon Dollars and Verizon Shine, and said the programs are live now.
  • Verizon Dollars will give enrolled postpaid customers 3% back each month and become redeemable in July, and customers who opt into the loyalty program can immediately avoid activation and upgrade fees.
  • The Simplicity plan offers unlimited 5G, 10GB of hotspot data, Canada/Mexico roaming and satellite texting at a standard $45 per line or a promotional $30 per line for eligible new switchers with autopay.
  • Verizon One bundles mobile and home internet into a single $70 monthly bill for new customers, while legacy myPlan options remain available and device‑financing add‑ons (Simplicity Plus and Pro) continue to add cost and choice.
  • Verizon says the moves are designed to strengthen customer retention and will be accretive to revenue without changing its 2026 guidance, a push that could intensify rewards and bundle competition with AT&T and T‑Mobile.
