Overview
- The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brandon Taylor and John Ivy on July 1 and recovered multiple luxury and high-performance vehicles tied to a wider theft operation.

- Search warrants executed in North Hollywood and Los Angeles yielded blank temporary plates, high-end vehicle key fobs, fraudulent vehicle documents and electronic devices that investigators say helped conceal the stolen cars.
- Taylor and Ivy face charges including vehicle theft, conspiracy and possession of stolen vehicles; both are held in the Ventura County Pre-Trial Detention Facility with bail set at $250,000 each and the case has been forwarded to the Ventura County District Attorney.
