Overview
- Diputación de Valencia has approved the basic and execution designs and allocated €22.75 million for the Complejo Administrativo de Jesús to house many provincial services in one campus.
- The project will add about 5,000 square metres of new construction to 5,000 existing metres on the site of the Convent of Santa María de Jesús and the provincial archive, creating roughly 10,000 m² of facilities.
- Programmed around three new buildings, the complex will include a main office for about 210–220 workstations, an Occupational Health building, and an IT/attention building that will host Batlia Respon and a Data Processing Center.
- Planned features include rooftop photovoltaic arrays, a 160-space underground car park, protected parking for at least 60 bicycles, communal meeting areas and a covered terrace to improve sustainability and staff mobility.
- Next steps are a near-term building-permit request to the Ajuntament de València and a public tendering process slated for the last quarter of 2026, with construction expected to start in 2027 and delivery targeted for 2029.
