- On Sept. 11 the High Anti‑Corruption Court set Stolar’s bail at 300 million hryvnias and ordered him to surrender travel documents, report changes of address, appear on demand and avoid contact with specified persons.
- Investigators accuse Stolar of taking part in a criminal organisation that used unauthorised interference in Ministry of Justice information systems, forged court rulings and fake ownership documents to seize real estate and company assets.
- Prosecutors launched a public special operation on Aug. 19 and released investigative videos named “Forest Gump” and “Femida” to expose the network and the involvement of current and former MPs and senior presidential office officials.
- Also on Sept. 11 the same court convicted MP Oleksandr Yurchenko and sentenced him to nine years in prison with three years of disqualification and property confiscation, while leaving his pretrial bail in place pending appeal.
- Stolar says he returned to Ukraine voluntarily and will not evade investigators, and his release under strict conditions could speed plea negotiations or cooperation that may shape further evidence and prosecutions in the ongoing probe.
