Vaishno Devi Board Approves Shakti Museum, Safety Cover Boost and Local Economy Push

  • A phased rehabilitation plan for track service providers, including ponywallas, was approved in line with National Green Tribunal directions, alongside adoption of the 2026–27 Annual Green Plan for a clean, green Katra.
  • Progress of key works was reviewed—exit track and new Bhawan construction, Sanjichhat–Bhawan track widening, slope stabilisation, and the Shri Shankaracharya Temple—while a shared-helipad plan with a grant for Shri Shiv Khori, foundation-stone ceremonies, new cottages, and an enhanced Pouch Prasad were advanced.
