  • Livestock losses draw fixed payouts: up to Rs 37,500 for milch cattle, Rs 32,000 for non‑milch animals, Rs 20,000 for calves, donkeys, mules or ponies, and Rs 4,000 per sheep, goat or pig.
  • Relief operations will be tracked through a state control room and helpline 1070, with 34.64 crore IMD warnings sent via the Sachet portal and ministers and district magistrates ordered to conduct fast, transparent damage surveys.
