USA Sports Unveils WNBA Broadcast Team Led By Elle Duncan

The lineup arrives as USA Network begins a new WNBA rights package featuring weekly doubleheaders with select postseason windows.

Duncan will host USA Sports’ studio coverage on USA Network, leading pregame, halftime, and postgame shows throughout the WNBA season.
USA Sports also named Renee Montgomery to the studio team, with Kate Scott and Meghan McPeak handling play-by-play and Sarah Kustok serving as lead game analyst, alongside Paris Lawson and Edona Thaqi.
Under the new deal, USA Network will air weekly regular-season doubleheaders, playoff games, and portions of the WNBA Finals in years aligned with NBCUniversal’s rights, beginning this season.
Duncan joined Netflix in late 2025 after a long run at ESPN and her contract permits nonconflicting work elsewhere, with confirmed Netflix assignments including MLB Opening Night, the Home Run Derby, and contributions to NFL Christmas Day coverage.
The hires reflect USA Sports’ post-spinoff strategy of building a distinct on-air roster for properties like the WNBA, complementing retained NBCU-era talent and positioning the network for a significant presence in the league’s new TV era.
