- Epic Universe, which opened in May 2025, is reported to have generated roughly $2 billion for Florida and helped drive a yearlong rise in Orange County tourism tax receipts.
- Universal is moving beyond Orlando by opening Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, Texas, on July 1 with a theme park, interactive attractions and a 300-room hotel aimed at younger families.
- Universal Studios Hollywood will debut the Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift coaster this summer, its first high-speed outdoor coaster featuring 360-degree rotation technology.
