- Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed damage that forced indefinite suspension of operations at the Kapotnya/Moscow Oil Refinery after large drone waves struck the capital on June 18–19.
- Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces released footage and commanders reported strikes on gas storage and power sites in Russian-occupied Crimea and on an oil refinery in Tyumen in western Siberia, with President Zelenskyy saying new long-range drones have been deployed.
