Overview
- The overnight July 28–29 Ukrainian strikes set fire to the Ryazan oil refinery and forced evacuation of a Wildberries logistics centre, officials and multiple outlets reported.
- Russia’s Defence Ministry said its air defences intercepted 295 Ukrainian drones over several regions and over the Sea of Azov and Black Sea, and regional authorities said six people were hospitalized in Ryazan after falling debris and fires.
