- The General Staff said on Wednesday that Ukrainian forces faced about 200 to 209 daily engagements with heavy use of aviation, guided bombs and thousands of kamikaze drones.
- Russian strikes over 24–26 August killed and wounded civilians and damaged homes, energy sites and border checkpoints in Sumy, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
- Ukraine’s military confirmed strikes inside Russia and in occupied Crimea that it says hit an oil refinery in Nizhny Novgorod region, a Kasta radar in Kacha and UAV relay and repair sites in Crimea.
