Overview
- Ukraine’s Air Force reported an Iskander-M ballistic missile launch and 154 strike drones, with 111 drones shot down or suppressed and confirmed hits at 18 locations.
- A drone attack on a Black Sea port in Odesa region killed one person and injured six as port, railway and energy facilities sustained damage, with DTEK calling the energy hit extremely serious.
- More than 130,000 customers in Odesa remained without electricity as repairs continued, while Kyiv logged heat outages in about 2,600 apartment buildings and service disruptions were reported in Dnipro and Mykolaiv.
