Overview
- Ubisoft revealed Year 11 Season 2 at the Salt Lake City Major with a June launch window that does not yet have a confirmed date.
- Ranked 3.0 brings back placement matches, removes the hidden matchmaking rating, and uses visible rank points so displayed rank matches true skill.
- New competitive rules limit squad queues to within three ranks for Copper–Emerald and two for Diamond–Champion, and map bans now draw from a defined pro and seasonal pool.
- Calypso Casino debuts as a competitive map inspired by Rainbow Six Vegas with rooftop crane access, a basement entry and expanded drone routes, and it is slated to enter the esports pool in Season 3.
- Players also get a remastered Dokkaebi whose targeted call can explode and ignite if not dismissed and a new XK23 rifle, plus native mouse-and-keyboard support on consoles mid-season and weekly rotating free-operator trials alongside updates to Emerald Plains, Kanal and Outback.
