Two Killed, Teen Wounded in Separate Overnight Baltimore Shootings

Police opened homicide investigations into the two deaths, requesting tips from the public.

  • Around 12:36 a.m., officers found a 36-year-old man with trauma inside a vacant home in the 5200 block of Saint Charles Avenue, where he was pronounced dead.
  • Late Saturday at about 11:37 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was located on the 3400 block of Bateman Avenue with a non-life-threatening wound after being shot on the 3400 block of Piedmont Avenue.
  • The incidents occurred in different Baltimore neighborhoods within a short window overnight, and investigators have not announced any arrests or identified a motive.
