Overview
- Chicago police reported separate attacks early Saturday that left two men dead and another person in critical condition in Bronzeville, Gage Park, and Logan Square.
- In Bronzeville at about 1:20 a.m., a 58-year-old driver was shot in the neck while sitting in a blue hatchback and later died at the University of Chicago Medical Center.

- In Logan Square about 7:30 a.m., police say a group fired at a car and tried to block it, the driver hit one suspect who is in critical condition at Illinois Masonic, and one person is in custody with charges pending as Area Five detectives investigate.
