Two Juveniles Killed After SUV Hits Parked Semi on I‑65 in Barren County

• Troopers first responded to the collision at about 7 a.m. Saturday on northbound I‑65 near Cave City after an SUV left the right side of the road and struck a semi that was parked on the right shoulder.
• Kentucky State Police identified the driver as 35‑year‑old Aleah Kroger of Dayton and said two juvenile passengers were pronounced dead at the scene.
• Kroger was taken first to TJ Samson Community Hospital and then to the Medical Center at Bowling Green, where officials say she remains in critical condition.
