Two Charged in Troy Liquor Store Break-In as Warren Files Additional Counts

The Troy case next moves to a probable cause hearing on Oct. 23 followed by a preliminary exam on Oct. 30.

  • Officers stopped a vehicle on southbound I-75 near Rochester Road and reported recovering evidence linked to the burglary.
  • Both were arraigned in Troy on charges of possessing burglary tools with intent, breaking and entering with intent, and malicious destruction of a building.
  • Warren police separately charged the pair in an Oct. 6 case with breaking and entering with intent and larceny.
  • Bonds were set at $150,000 for Lindsley and $200,000 for Collins, and investigators are examining possible connections to additional Metro Detroit break-ins.
