Two Arrested in Bhubaneswar Over Alleged Rape of 17-Year-Old at Rented House

The alleged assault occurred around 2 pm on December 18 at a rented house in Bhubaneswar, according to police.
A case has been registered at Shaheed Nagar Police Station and investigators are continuing inquiries.
Two suspects were arrested, produced before a court, and remanded to judicial custody.
This is the second reported case involving a 17-year-old in the city within 10 days, following a December 10 incident near Dhalui Peace Pagoda in which three were arrested.
