Overview
- TVS announced TVS Paddock on Saturday as a separate retail format for its higher-value motorcycles, scooters and electric vehicles.
- Each Paddock outlet will offer dedicated consultation and build-to-order zones, an end-to-end digital retail journey, industry-first swim-lane product displays, merchandise areas and specialised service facilities.
- TVS says the channel will be the flagship home for Apache models, upcoming Norton motorcycles and future premium scooters and EVs, while reports say Norton is targeting roughly 200 dealerships in about 20 countries and about 20,000 annual sales by 2030 (those Norton targets remain reported, not company-confirmed).
- TVS has appointed London design agency Checkland Kindleysides for showroom design and global brand consultancy Lippincott for brand strategy to create the new customer experience.
- Commercial rollout is scheduled to begin in Q2 FY27 with first locations not yet confirmed, a move that positions TVS to compete more directly with established premium players by focusing on personalisation, community and lifestyle-driven ownership.
