Overview
- TSA says its PreCheck Touchless ID program will reach 65 U.S. airports by spring 2026, and Orlando International Airport is included.
- The system uses a live facial scan to match the traveler to stored passport data so PreCheck users do not present a physical ID or boarding pass.
- Participation is optional and requires current TSA PreCheck, a profile with a participating airline, and a valid passport uploaded to that account.
- Alaska, American, Delta, Southwest, and United are supporting carriers where travelers can opt in during check-in or in their airline profile.
- With Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, and Los Angeles–area airports on the list, Disney-bound travelers could see a quicker start to their trips on busy days.
