House Intelligence Committee Democrats asked then‑acting Director of National Intelligence Bill Pulte in July to declassify and publish the 60‑day post‑election assessment required by law.
As of Thursday the assessment has not been released and Rep. Jason Crow attached a measure to the intelligence funding bill to withhold ODNI money until Congress receives the report.
The White House has publicly declassified other high‑profile files such as UFO, JFK and Epstein records while keeping the 2024 election assessment secret, a pattern critics call selective disclosure.
