TRF-5 Upholds Jericoacoara Park Works Without EIA/RIMA

Overview

• The 2nd Panel of the TRF-5 unanimously maintained judicial authorization for Urbia Cataratas to proceed with works in the Jericoacoara National Park without EIA/RIMA.
