- The British Horseracing Authority published a fast‑track agreement on Monday that confirmed trainer David Flood accepted a £1,300 fine for breaching Rule (J)19A.
- The disciplinary report says the Snapchat ‘recruitment’ video was made in August 2025, showed gallop footage from Flood’s yard and was shared with about 500 followers.
- Flood admitted in a December interview that he recorded, voiced and circulated the clip and the matter was formally sanctioned by the BHA in May before the panel published the result.
