- Nihon Falcom, which announced the sequel on Friday, set a September 17, 2026 launch with Western physical and digital releases on PS5, Switch 2, and Switch.
- In Japan, pre-orders include a download code for an HD remaster of the original Trails in the Sky, which is excluded from the Steam version and unannounced for the West.
- Japan will also get a Uroboros Box that bundles the game, an arranged soundtrack album, a Fluffy Sheep costume DLC, a Blu-ray of the 2011–2012 anime with subtitles, and a Liberl character book.
