Overview
- A fire beside the tracks in the Stratford area broke out on Friday evening and damaged signalling and telecoms equipment, forcing Network Rail to begin multi-day repairs.
- Engineers are operating just two of the five lines through Stratford this morning, which is why many Greater Anglia services are cancelled, shortened or routed via other stations.
- Greater Anglia has changed timetables so some trains between Tottenham Hale and Stratford now start or terminate at Lea Bridge, and services to Liverpool Street, Norwich, Ipswich and Southend are running reduced schedules.
