Overview
- The blaze ignited shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday at the former Stone Container complex on Summer Street in Torrington.
- Police are investigating the case as arson and are offering up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest and conviction through the Connecticut Arson Tip Award Program.
