Overview
- Tori Spelling, who was driving in Temecula with four of her children and three of their friends, was struck Thursday after another car allegedly ran a red light at high speed.
- Deputies responding around 5:44 p.m. to the 28000 block of Rancho California Road found two damaged vehicles and had all occupants medically evaluated at the scene.
- Spelling and the seven children were taken to local hospitals in three ambulances and treated for cuts, bruises, contusions and possible concussions.
- The Riverside County Sheriff's Office says no arrests were made at the scene and the cause of the collision remains under investigation.
- The family was later released from care and spent Easter together while recovering, according to People, as photos and witnesses indicated the other car had heavier front-end damage than Spelling’s SUV.
