Toffoli Sworn In as Effective Minister of Brazil’s Superior Electoral Court

• Toffoli’s first session will take up a decision by Nunes Marques to suspend publication of an AtlasIntel poll and comes after Toffoli recused himself earlier from cases linked to the Master bank investigation.
