Overview
- TNT Sports and DAZN announced Thursday a pact called “The Fight” to stage monthly boxing events that will air in U.S. primetime on TNT and stream worldwide on DAZN starting July 4.
- DAZN will curate cards from Top Rank, Matchroom Boxing, Golden Boy Promotions and Queensberry Promotions, with the partners targeting one championship fight each month.
- The companies will share revenue and coordinate advertising sales, a structure DAZN’s Walker Jacobs likened to Warner’s joint sales model for NCAA March Madness.
- TNT Sports will extend coverage with shoulder programming on Bleacher Report and House of Highlights, while truTV will carry weigh-ins, press conferences and other live features.
- The venture aims to restore mainstream visibility for the sport after HBO exited boxing in 2018 and Showtime in 2023, building on a collaboration that both sides said delivered strong ad results with the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.
